About the Job
The Controls Technician position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and programming building automation control systems. This role involves working on various projects, collaborating with colleagues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform job start up, checkout, and troubleshooting for HVAC control systems
• Complete adjustments/calibrations and submit commissioning reports on automation systems
• Participate in job site meetings and final walk through on assigned jobs and complete all job closeout documentation
Requirements:
• High school diploma or state-recognized GED; Mechanical, electrical, or related technical degree preferred
• Experience installing and/or servicing electronic control, HVAC, or other mechanical equipment
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems, sequence, and applications
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide dedicated support to customers
Estimated Salary: $72,000 per year
