Job Requirements
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at ELDANTE HVAC SERVICES LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, or repairing heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair or service HVAC systems to improve efficiency, including filter changes, duct cleaning, and refrigerant refills.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Inspect pipe joints and connections for leaks using pressure gauges or soap-and-water solutions.
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity with electrical test equipment.
• Replace defective equipment, components, or wiring as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience as an HVAC Service Technician or equivalent education is required.
• A valid driver's license is necessary for job requirements.
• EPA certification is mandatory.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems is preferred.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds is essential.
Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
