Key Responsibilities
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and residential refrigeration systems, including units and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and service checks on refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in refrigeration systems, using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and repair faults.
• Perform system adjustments, calibrations, and modifications as needed, while following safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including time and materials used.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices through continuous education and training.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
