In this role, you will troubleshoot and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, walk-in coolers/freezers, dish machines, fryers, mixers, tilt skillets, and HVAC systems. You will also oversee all network services, perform tests on equipment and circuits, and ensure that systems are error-free.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or certification preferred
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
