Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service/Sales Tech and Installer to join our team at Family Comfort Air. This is a full-service role that requires a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and a clean driving record. They will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing ALL residential split Systems and Mini Split Systems, as well as providing outstanding customer service.
Our organization provides service vans, uniforms, and phone/iPad for this role. We offer a competitive pay rate, including $20 to $60 per hour, plus bonus commission, and a $6,000 signing bonus paid out over a 3-year period.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, plus bonus commission and competitive pay rate paid every Friday.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose, sell, repair, and maintain HVAC Systems and Ducts.
• Travel to homes as scheduled and on time.
• Perform emergency repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Certification through the EPA to handle refrigerants required.
• Valid Driver's License and Clean driving record. No DUIs.
• Pass Drug Test and Background Check.
• Reliable, honest, polite, and courteous individual.
