Job Description:
• Diagnose and repair Commercial HVAC systems and other related equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Evaluate and provide estimates for locations, ensuring accurate communication with office dispatchers.
• Work in varying temperatures to help customers stay safe and cool, demonstrating adaptability and dedication.
• Maintain a high level of self-motivation, willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends during busy seasons.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by following our defined Service Process to deliver exceptional results.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team while also working independently when needed.
• Demonstrate expertise through HVAC and EPA certification, or be willing to pursue it.
• Hold a valid Driver's license as required for job duties.
