Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive hourly pay rate, paid time off, commissions, bonuses, company-paid life insurance, health, dental, and vision policies available, stock ownership (ESOP), purchase tool accounts, and savings programs.
In addition, we provide a company vehicle with gas card, company tablet and/or cell phone, weekly cleaned uniforms, overtime availability, and a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours year-round. Our company has an open-door policy, offering open communication and feedback from our employees.
