CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Coordinator to join our team at CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service calls and dispatches.
About the Role
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
• Accept and dispatch service calls in a timely manner
• Communicate with technicians scheduled for service calls
• Check technicians in and out of service calls and update customer portals accordingly
• Time stamp field technicians for dispatch, arrival, and completed times in the computer system
• Generate monthly preventative maintenance calls
Qualifications
• Schedule availability: 9:30am to 6:00 pm
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision and make accurate decisions quickly
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter
