We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC installation professional to join our team. As an HVAC installation professional, you will work closely with our experienced technicians to ensure that every job is completed to the highest standards.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $22-$28 per hour, based on education and experience.
About the Job
The HVAC installation professional will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air-conditioning systems in residential settings. This will involve working directly under the supervision of a qualified lead technician and adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain heating and air-conditioning systems in residential settings
• Work closely with lead technicians to ensure high-quality installations and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service skills
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience (preferably with EPA Universal Certification)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights (e.g., ladders, scaffolding)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
