Key Responsibilities
• Answer client calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Dispatch service calls efficiently and effectively
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
• Collaborate with plumbers to ensure timely completion of service calls
• Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer service experience preferred
