Key Responsibilities
This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and industrial air conditioning and heating systems. Key responsibilities include:
• Daily coordination of service calls and scheduling
• Responsible for the operations, repairs, replacement, and preventative maintenance of commercial and industrial air conditioning and heating systems
• Repair, inspect, overhaul, and perform scheduled maintenance of commercial chillers, boilers, air handlers, fan coil units, water, controls, and other building mechanical and electrical equipment
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial mechanical systems, universal EPA certification, and excellent communication skills.
