About the Job:
We are looking for a positive, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and quick-learning HVAC Service Technician/Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial and industrial air conditioning and heating systems. If you have 5-10+ years of commercial mechanical experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily coordination of service calls and scheduling.
• Repair, inspect, overhaul, and perform scheduled maintenance of commercial chillers, boilers, air handlers, fan coil units, water, controls, and other building mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform diagnostics/troubleshoot issues with the HVAC systems.
• Respond to service calls, diagnose problems, and complete applicable repairs.
