Job Description:
As a Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing Expert at John Stevenson Plumbing Heating & Air, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, cooling, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
Salary Range: $31,040 - $68,400 per year, based on an estimated hourly wage of $14.93 - $32.91, plus commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
• Assist in the installation of new systems and equipment.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in HVAC and plumbing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing, including residential and commercial work.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to work at heights, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate confined spaces.
