We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at West Country Heating & Air. As a key member of our heating and cooling team, you will be responsible for installing and servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems in the Capistrano Beach area.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $25 to $40 per hour, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 7 days of vacation.
Job Responsibilities
As an HVAC Installation Specialist, your primary duties will include:
• Installing and maintaining residential and commercial heating and cooling systems
• Ensuring high-quality installations that meet or exceed customer expectations
• Providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC installation
• EPA certification
• PREFERRED: NATE certification and/or commercial HVAC experience
