PrideStaff South Orange County Mission Viejo is looking for a skilled Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.

• Conduct outbound calls to promote HVAC and plumbing services
• Schedule appointments for our technicians with interested customers
• Update customer information in our database system
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries
• Requirements:**
• Excellent verbal communication skills and friendly demeanor
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other telemarketing tools
• Basic understanding of HVAC and plumbing services (training provided)
We serve the South Orange County cities, including Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, and Laguna Niguel.
