Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at residential and commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, team members, and clients to assess needs and develop installation plans.
• Conduct site assessments to determine equipment requirements and system layouts.
• Install HVAC systems, including but not limited to, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductwork.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, as well as company safety protocols.
• Conduct system tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior installers and apprentices.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including any necessary documentation and customer follow-ups.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in HVAC technology or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of [X years] of experience in HVAC installation, with a proven track record of successful project leadership.
• Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
