Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC installation professional to lead our installation team. As a critical team member, you will be accountable for installing new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Has experience as an HVAC install technician
• Holds relevant licenses and certifications
• Possesses a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Can pass a background check and drug test

Compensation and Benefits:
Our compensation package includes up to $40/hour + no on-call shifts + no mandatory weekends, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $3000.
