Job Description
As an Air Conditioning Maintenance Expert at Design Heating & Air Conditioning, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our HVAC systems. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $35-$65 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.
About the Position
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong mechanical background and expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including boilers and refrigeration units.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintenance and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Installation of new HVAC systems, including boilers and refrigeration units roof top package equipment 2 to 75 tons.
• Collaboration with design teams to ensure HVAC systems meet specifications and client requirements.
• Documentation of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience as an HVAC Technician role in the HVAC mechanical field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with welding, and HVAC refrigeration systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools including Ohmmeters for electrical testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
