• *Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Refrigeration Field Service Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical maintenance services in critical client environments, including repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, and shop infrastructure work.
• *Key Responsibilities:*
• Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, and shop infrastructure work as needed.
• Assist other technicians and staff as needed, including pick-up and delivery of equipment, field service, shop service/repairs, calibration, and preventative maintenance of refrigerated scientific equipment.
• Provide support for servicing customers' specialty equipment in the shop.
• Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with a High School Diploma and two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior supervision experience in scientific or specialized refrigeration, sterilization, or HVAC is preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• *Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical and dental insurance, PTO, 401K, and comprehensive training for professional growth.
