Job Description
We seek an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC project manager to support delivering advanced HVAC systems in the regulated environments of hospitals and OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development). Based in San Jose, this role offers the opportunity to work on impactful healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the project manager to plan, organize, and oversee HVAC construction projects for hospital environments, maintaining strict adherence to OSHPD standards.
• Ensure all installations meet healthcare facility codes, safety requirements, and OSHPD regulations, driving projects toward successful inspections and approvals.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost efficiency and on-time delivery of complex mechanical systems.
• Contribute to design reviews and system installations using tools like Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam, ensuring accuracy and high-quality outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and healthcare representatives, facilitating smooth project progress and clear communication.
