HVAC Service Team Lead
Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical has been a prominent player in the Bay Area's plumbing and HVAC industry for over three decades.
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our HVAC service team, leveraging their expertise to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess prior leadership experience in the HVAC industry and a solid understanding of the flat rate system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and supervise service employees, including hiring decisions, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Mentor technicians to enhance productivity and develop sales skills.
• Provide sales support to the field through on-site sales and bid writing assistance.
• Assist with dispatch functions to ensure the optimal technician is assigned for each customer's needs.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Significant technical HVAC experience.
• Prior experience leading employees.
• A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales objectives.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and a clean driving record.
