About the Role
This full-time, on-site position is based in San Jose, CA. As a Sales Manager, you will:
• Lead Strategically: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals.
• Manage and Optimize Sales Processes: Oversee and enhance sales processes, ensuring effective lead generation, customer relationship management, and achievement of sales targets.
• Grow the Department: Focus on the entire growth of the sales department, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our market presence, enhance team performance, and drive overall business growth.
Requirements
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with:
• Minimum 5 Years: Sales management experience and 3 years of in-home sales experience.
• Growth-Oriented: Proven ability to grow and develop a sales department, with a strategic focus on expanding the business.
