About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work with a leading home services provider, Legendary Home Services Parent LLC. As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential properties.
• *Responsibilities Include:**
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork in residential properties.
• Site inspections and measurements to determine appropriate HVAC system placement.
• Refrigerant line, electrical wiring, and ventilation system installation and connection.
• Loading calculations to determine the suitable size and capacity of HVAC units.
• Testing HVAC systems for proper functionality and making necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues and recommending suitable repairs or replacements.
