Job Title: Engineering Leader - HVAC Systems
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead our HVAC department and provide expert engineering services for commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC system design, project management, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of innovative HVAC systems for commercial buildings
• Provide technical expertise for project evaluations, load calculations, and commissioning
• Mentor team members and conduct peer reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC system design for commercial buildings
• Knowledge of industry codes, standards, and energy regulations (ASHRAE, LEED, etc.)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
Compensation:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
