Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our business leadership team as a Product Director for HVAC Solutions. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth through ownership of the entire product line of intelligent HVAC packaged thru wall variable speed AI-enabled heat pumps.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute new product roadmaps to drive profitable growth in the light commercial and residential markets.
• Lead strategic market analysis, customer insights, and competitive research to inform product development and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product life cycle management strategies, ensuring alignment with sales, marketing, and operations goals.
• Prioritize and scope product development projects, working closely with engineering and operations leaders to meet customer expectations and timelines.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business/marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, marketing, strategy, engineering, or business development, with at least 5 years of progressive leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of launching and commercializing new products, with expertise in portfolio lifecycle management, SIOP forecast/inventory management, and cost reduction strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive results-oriented decisions.
Travel and Work Environment
This role requires occasional travel (30-35%) to meet with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will be based in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
