Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing minor repairs and maintenance, completing a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready, and conducting regular walks of the property grounds and common areas.
Responsibilities
• Performing routine maintenance tasks to maintain the high standards of our property.
• Completing a detailed checklist to ensure all apartments meet our quality standards.
• Working collaboratively with the maintenance team to achieve our goals.
