Job Description: We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Team Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our service technicians and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of service technicians to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and expansion
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track team performance and customer feedback
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a HVAC Service Manager or equivalent role
• Proven track record of leadership and team management
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
