Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Territory Manager HVAC to join our Carrier Enterprise team. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and staying ahead of market trends.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets, focusing on growing sales in the residential segment
• Briefly educate customers on the benefits of our HVAC products and services, ensuring they receive optimal solutions for their needs
• Stay informed about market dynamics, competitor activity, and product advancements to inform sales strategies and drive results
Requirements and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC sector
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Possesses excellent problem-solving abilities and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
• A total annual compensation package, estimated at $90,000 - $140,000, considering base salary and other incentives
