Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Lead Installer to join our team in Boulder. As a leader in the industry, we provide top-notch services to our clients, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off.
Job Responsibilities
• Removal, installation, and startup of new residential HVAC systems
• Installation of HVAC-related equipment and accessories, including gas lines, flue pipes, and wiring
• Design, fabrication, and installation of various ducts and duct fittings
• Training, coaching, and mentoring of apprentices as needed
• Programmation of thermostats and installation of IAQ products
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years retro install experience; 1 year retro lead experience preferred
• EPA License (required)
• Ability to use iPad for timekeeping and documenting job notes
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record
