This is a full-time opportunity for a Heating and Ventilation Technician who can work in various locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Job Description:
The Commercial HVAC Service Expert will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing units using hand-tools and technical knowledge, performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnosing and repairing units using hand-tools and technical knowledge
• Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed
• Preparing for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work
• Maintaining vehicles by checking vehicle condition and cleanliness, keeping records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance service
Requirements:
To be successful as a Commercial HVAC Service Expert, you should have:
• Technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills
