Job Description:
The Heating and Ventilation Technician will be responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by following blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects
• Diagnosing and repairing units using hand-tools and technical knowledge
• Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed
• Preparing for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work
• Maintaining vehicles by checking vehicle condition and cleanliness, keeping records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance service
Requirements:
To be successful as a Commercial HVAC Service Expert, you should have:
• Technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills
