Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a skilled Residential HVAC Maintenance Expert to join their team. As an Experienced Heating and Air Conditioning Specialist, you will be responsible for performing thorough maintenance and repair on all ages of equipment, with the ability to accurately diagnose heating and air conditioning system issues.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with residential HVAC maintenance or service repairs, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, etc. or a Tech Builder program graduate. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills are also essential. The estimated salary for this position is $28.00-$38.00/hour based on experience and skills, potential to make $80,000+ annually.
• Perform thorough maintenance and repair on all ages of equipment.
• Accurately diagnose heating and air conditioning system issues.
• Recognize potential breakdown issues before they happen and make recommendations to customers.
• Discuss various options for clients regarding repair or replacing their system.
This is a full-time position with Monday-Friday hours and on-call weekends. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a criminal background check are required.
