Job Description
At TruBlue of Boulder, we seek a skilled and experienced Lead Home Service Technician/Handyman to provide premium handyman services to our customers in the community. This role involves leading a team of technicians who will report to you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general home services for customers, including bathroom upgrades, drywall repair, flooring repair/installation, general carpentry, kitchen repair/remodel, minor plumbing/electrical, and painting interior/exterior.
• Lead a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work.
• Proficiency in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs, such as carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Standard tools.
• Legal citizenship of the US and fluency in English.

Estimated Salary:
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience.
