Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs.
• Ensure timely completion of resident service requests.
• Maintain the property's exterior appearance.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge in HVAC system troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• This role may require a valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits:
