HVAC Estimator Role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Estimator (Multifamily) in the Charlotte, NC area to join our award-winning team. The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze construction drawings and specifications to determine project costs.
• Create detailed estimates using industry-standard software.
• Bid on projects accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
• A 2-year degree or relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CAD, Revit, and/or Navisworks software.
