The Romanoff Group is seeking a skilled Purchasing Agent to work in our Charlotte, NC office. This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus excellent benefits, including 401K and ESOP Retirement Plan, training, and support.
Responsibilities
• The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing equipment and materials for our construction projects.
• This includes negotiating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and HVAC, as well as strong administrative skills.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years of Construction Experience is required, with Administrative/Clerical Experience preferred.
• HVAC Experience is a plus, and Microsoft Office Experience, specifically with Excel, is required.
• A High School Degree or equivalent is necessary, and candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Driver's License.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, with flexibility required.
Physical Requirements: The ability to sit for long periods and communicate effectively is essential.
