Job Overview:
Rodenhiser Home Services Inc is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an essential member of the Rodenhiser family, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on HVAC systems installed by the company.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and related trade tools/equipment. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate customers on system status and issues.
Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems installed by Rodenhiser
• Educate customers on system status and any pertinent issues
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems
• Sell the right products and services to customers
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets
Requirements:
• 1-3 years' experience in the field
• Capacity to perform preventive maintenance service on HVAC systems 10 years or newer
• Competent at checking gas pressures, sub cool, super heat, combustion tests, and static pressures
• Current Apprenticeship card/license or formal trade schooling
• Intimate knowledge and ability to use related trade tools/equipment

Rodenhiser offers competitive wages ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
