Devaney Energy, a reputable family-owned and operated energy company, is searching for a seasoned Heating and Cooling Equipment Installation Expert to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling equipment, water heaters, and oil tanks.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Understanding of propane, natural gas, and air conditioning systems is a significant advantage in this position.
We offer a salary range of $105,000 - $145,000 per year, along with overtime pay, a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401K plan, and a fully equipped service van.
Job Summary:
• Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling equipment, water heaters, and oil tanks
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with heating/cooling equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication
• Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure seamless operations
• Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
