Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oil Burner Service Technician to work out of our Newton or Mendon, MA office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in technical roles, possess strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude, along with all the proper state licensing requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing annual preventative maintenance on customers' heating equipment, identifying and repairing problems with heating/cooling equipment, responding to routine and emergency service calls, creating exceptional customer experiences, and communicating effectively with the Service Team.
