We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Specialist to join our team at Guardian Energy Management Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HVAC/R technician to work on commercial, industrial, and government facilities projects in Massachusetts.
This role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will be working closely with our team to deliver high-quality services and meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R systems
• Install new equipment and control systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues
• Work with electrical and plumbing systems as needed
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a journeyman HVAC/R technician
• EPA 608 Certification or Mass. Journeyman Refrigeration Technician license required
• OSHA 10 certification is required
• Candidates with additional licenses and certifications will be given preferential consideration
