Key Responsibilities
• Installing and testing geothermal HVAC systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs on geothermal HVAC systems to ensure they meet safety regulations and standards.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout of geothermal HVAC systems.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to efficiently complete projects and ensure the smooth operation of geothermal systems.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and any issues encountered during installation, maintenance, or repairs.
• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
• A valid HVAC license or certification.
• Strong knowledge of geothermal HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on the location, job requirements, and industry standards.
