Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Coordinator to join our team at DG Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.
This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Dispatcher in HVAC or similar trades and be able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and prioritize inbound calls and emails from customers and field technicians.
• Collect and document information from callers and transmit it to the appropriate person or department.
• Direct technicians to the correct locations and monitor the status of the response team.
Requirements
• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience as a Dispatcher in HVAC or similar trades required.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Understanding of best practices and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
Estimated Salary: $35-$50 per hour
