Job Details
Our ideal candidate will oversee and manage mechanical/HVAC projects from conception to completion, working closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery within budget and to the highest standards of quality. With a strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction processes, and industry regulations, this individual must be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
Key qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical project management, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or piping projects.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to project management. This includes proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation includes a competitive base salary of $130,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package featuring company truck and phone, health, dental, and vision benefit package, health and flexible spending accounts, life, long and short term disability insurance, 401K with match program, holiday and vacation time.
