Industrial Equipment Technician
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Technician to join our team at DMG MORI USA, INC. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment, including DMG MORI CNC machine tools.
You will work closely with customers to identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical and mechanical systems. Your expertise in reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, combined with your ability to communicate effectively with customers, will be invaluable in this role.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with customers and provide timely solutions to their problems.
Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment, including DMG MORI CNC machine tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to electrical and mechanical systems.
• Work closely with customers to develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering or mechanics.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
