Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in residential and commercial applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to service calls, installations, and project work, as well as troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Establish strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Perform efficient and accurate HVAC system checks
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and inventory
• Participate in training exercises and meetings
Requirements
• Must be well-groomed and presentable
• Able to quickly troubleshoot issues
• Paying attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Friendly and personable with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Desire to exceed job requirements
• Awareness of safety protocols
• NATE certification preferred
• EPA certification preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
• Respond to installation or service needs for various HVAC systems
• Maintain truck inventory and equipment
• Ensure proper working order of company property
