A dynamic and growing HVAC organization is seeking an experienced Field HVAC/R Supervisor to join their team.
About the Position:
• This is a key leadership role that requires the supervision of HVAC technicians and installers
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling and job order creation
• Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers, and resolving customer complaints
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• 5+ years HVAC/R service/install experience with various systems and equipment
• At least two (2) years experience in a leadership/supervisory position within the HVAC industry
• Previous experience with boilers and chillers required
• Design and Build experience highly desirable
• Previous experience creating quotes/proposals a strong asset
• EPA Universal certification a plus
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Superior customer service skills
Compensation and Benefits:
• $100,000.00 - $140,000.00/year
