Job Details:
• Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
• Lead a team of professionals on HVAC projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or challenges that arise.
• Facilitate communication among all project participants to promote teamwork and efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive solutions are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout all phases of the project.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
