Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, property maintenance, and mechanical knowledge. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in both residential settings. The technician will also be responsible for ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards.
Duties
• Install and maintain HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their heating and cooling needs and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment maintenance logs.
• Operate company vehicles for service calls; valid driver's license required for driving responsibilities.
• Utilize welding techniques as needed for system repairs or installations.
• Assist in the design of new HVAC systems based on client specifications or project requirements.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role with a strong understanding of HVAC/R principles.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC components.
• Familiarity with property maintenance practices related to HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Certification in HVAC technology or relevant field preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry advancements.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
