As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing an entire branch of our business, providing sales coaching and mentorship to team members, and leading the onboarding process for new hires. You'll also create and distribute weekly scorecards to track progress, promote and enforce our company's Core Values, and lead, manage, and hold accountable your team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in In-Home Sales Management, with at least 3-5 years of experience. They should be proficient in computer usage, particularly Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have strong presentation skills. A valid driver's license and clear driving and background records are also required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and short-term disability and voluntary life insurance options.
