Critical Systems is seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our market presence. This role involves prospecting and relationship building with new clients, including building owners, end-users, engineers, and contractors.
You'll develop a comprehensive understanding of Critical Systems' offerings and stay informed about industry trends and competitive products. Account management strategies will be utilized to ensure quality standards are maintained for both pre-sale and post-sale support.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Minimum of five years' experience in HVAC controls sales, engineering, or marketing is also necessary.
